Dallas City Council approves free shuttle service to link Downtown with the Bishop Arts District
A free shuttle bus will soon connect downtown, uptown, the Cedars and the Bishop Arts District.
On Nov 3rd, just in time for the 50th anniversary of President John F. Kennedy’s assassination, the 2-year pilot project will commence service. Fourteen stops will be served from 11:30 am to 11 pm Monday through Saturday. The $1.4 million project is funded through a partnership between the city ($400,000), DART ($452,000), Downtown Dallas, Inc ($306,000) and a grant.
