Investment in Dallas Grows With the City of Dallas Regional Center

The City of Dallas Regional Center (CDRC) is celebrating its fourth year of bringing investment and job creation to Dallas, and by all measures it has been a rousing success. The CDRC is the city’s vehicle for administering the Immigrant Investor Program, generally known as EB-5, created by Congress in 1990 to stimulate the U.S. economy through job creation and capital investment by foreign investors. Since its inception in September 2009, the CDRC has created over 8,000 jobs and over $280 million in investment in the City of Dallas.
