Dallas council approves $46.5 million for redevelopment of old Statler Hilton in downtown

 

Dallas City Council has approved $46.5 million in tax increment revenue financing to support the redevelopment of the former Statler Hilton hotel and the city’s old central library next door. Plans for the properties include apartments, hotel rooms, offices, restaurants and a movie theater.
