West Dallas Is Now A Hot Spot, Thanks To Food, Glorious Food

New restaurants are transforming West Dallas from an aging industrial area into a destination for new and innovative food concepts. Renovated warehouses are now home to almost a dozen restaurants with widely varying themes. Young chefs get a chance to try a new plan, and, if successful, have the opportunity to take the concept nationally. And La Bajada, an existing neighborhood of modest homes, is being preserved side-by-side with the new changes that are transforming the area.
