Cypress Waters Tax Increment Financing (TIF) District

Cypress Waters TIF District is a new TIF, recently created by the Dallas City Council on December 8, 2010. The TIF is located in the area north and east of the intersection of LBJ Freeway (I-635) and Belt Line Road, with the entire site being located within the City of Dallas. The district was created to encourage the initial development of the largest tract of undeveloped land within the City of Dallas (approximately 1,661 acres in total) surrounding North Lake.
