Davis Garden Tax Increment Financing (TIF) District

Davis Garden TIF District is located south of I-30, adjacent to the Fort Worth TIF District, and approximately 4.0 miles southwest of downtown Dallas. The District was created in 2007 to to enhance the real estate market and encourage new investment by providing a source of funding for public amenities and infrastructure improvements in the neighborhood located between downtown and Pinnacle Park.
