Farmers Market Tax Increment Financing (TIF) District

The Farmers Market Tax Increment Financing (TIF) District is located adjacent to the Dallas Farmers Market, within walking distance from Deep Ellum, the Arts District and Downtown Dallas. The District was created in 1998 to enhance the real estate market and encourage new investment surrounding the Dallas Farmers Market area by providing a source of funding for public amenities and infrastructure improvements.
