Knox Street Public Improvement District (KSPID)

Knox Street Public Improvement District is a new PID created by the Dallas City Council on June 23, 2010. The Knox Street PID area consists of approximately 57 properties. This area is home for many well known retail shops, restaurant and bars. The PID will start operating from January 1, 2011. The general nature of service and improvements that will be provided by the PID are to enhance security and public safety, maintenance, marketing and promotion and other services and activities approved by the Dallas City Council.
