Maple/Mockingbird Tax Increment Financing (TIF) District
Maple/Mockingbird TIF District is located southwest of Love Field Airport and northwest of the Southwestern Medical Center. The District was created in 2008 to enhance the real estate market and encourage new investment by providing a source of funding for public amenities and infrastructure improvements.
