Southwestern Medical Tax Increment Financing (TIF) District
Southwestern Medical TIF District is location approximately 2.5 miles northwest of downtown to the north of I-35/Stemmons Expressway between Harry Hines Boulevard, Inwood Road and Maple Avenue. The District was created in 2005 to enhance the real estate market and encourage new investment by providing a source of funding for public amenities and infrastructure improvements.
