CDRC Targeted Employment Areas

Under USCIS regulations for the EB-5 program, an investment of $500,000 can be considered eligible for the EB-5 program in certain high unemployment areas.  The City of Dallas has a substantial Targeted Employment Area (TEA), as shown in the TEA map.   Final determination related to TEA eligiblity rests with USCIS at the time of investment.
