The City of Dallas Regional Center is a true public-private partnership between the City of Dallas and Civitas Capital Management, LLC.  CDRC investors will benefit from the seamless integration of Civitas Capital Management's investment management and immigration expertise into the City of Dallas' already robust suite of economic development tools.  By working closely together, the City and Civitas can offer CDRC investors high quality EB-5 investment opportunities.
